After a Support Ticket has been opened, you can add additional pertinent notes to it to assist the V-DOCS Support team in resolving the issue: 

  1. Locate the desired Support Ticket and click it to view it. 

[NOTE:  See Check Status of Support Ticket for details on locating tickets.]

      2. The ticket will open.  Any original notes on the ticket will be visible.  Select the Click Here to Reply to This Ticket feature at the bottom of the window. 

      3. A text box will open to allow you to add additional details to the Support Ticket.  Formatting options are provided that can be used if desired.  Select the Attach a File link to add any additional attachments to the ticket.  

      4. Click the Reply button to save the additional information with the Support Ticket.
