If the V-DOCS button in your Chrome browser is greyed-out and not able to be selected, check to ensure that no alternative PDF viewer extensions are installed for your browser:   

  1. From your Chrome browser, click the Customize and Control Google Chrome button (the button with 3 vertical dots located by the V-DOCS icon) and select More Tools and then Extensions from the menus that appear.

  2. Chrome’s Extensions page will open, listing any extensions that are installed for your Chrome browser.   Look through the list of extensions for any alternative PDF viewer extensions that may be installed (e.g. Chrome PDF Viewer, Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, Nitro Reader, etc.).  

  3. If alternative PDF viewer extensions are found, disable them by deactivating its respective toggle – the toggle will be grey / white when disabled as opposed to blue.
