If your browser extension/add-on is experiencing issues connecting to the V-DOCS Client, a red exclamation point may appear by the V-DOCS icon in your browser to indicate a problem (depending on what internet browser is being used) or error messages may appear.   




If this occurs, you should:  


  1. Verify V-DOCS is Running:  Ensure the V-DOCS icon is visible in your system tray.  If it is not there, double-click the V-DOCS shortcut on your desktop to start the software. 


[NOTE:  You may need to open the expanded system tray to see the icon.]



 

      2. Restart V-DOCS:  Left-click the V-DOCS icon in the system tray and select Exit.  Then, restart V-DOCS using the desktop shortcut – this will refresh the connection.
