If needed, you can use the “Send Contract Email” feature to resend a copy of the agreement to the customer from the Agreement Details page:

  1. Conduct an Agreement Search for the desired agreement.  
  2. Click the CTN of the agreement to access its details.  

  3. Expand the Sent Emails heading, below the Agreement Details tables.  

  4. Enter the email address you want to resend the contract to within the Email field.

  5. Enter the reason why the contract is being resent within the Comment field, then click the Send Contract Email button

[NOTE:  The reason why the contract is being sent will be recorded on the Agreement Details page along with your user account information and the timestamp of your action, but it will not be reflected in the email to the customer.]
